What we’re building

take care is the AI safety layer for older people who live alone. It learns what normal looks like in their home, notices the moment something isn't — a fall, a stillness that lasts too long, a change in breathing or heart — and gets help there in minutes, not hours. One wall-mounted sensor. No button, no wearable, no camera.

Detecting movement is a commodity. Deciding whether this is an emergency, a nuisance or nothing at all is not.

That decision layer is the product.

Remote monitoring is the future of care. Populations are ageing faster than care capacity can grow, families live further apart than they used to, and the answer cannot be more people in more homes — it has to be the home itself paying attention. That is the market we are building into, and we intend to be early in it.

The role

You would own our go-to-market strategy and the marketing operations that carry it.

  • Go-to-market strategy. How we reach people, what the funnel looks like, which channels earn their cost. This is the centre of the role.
  • The subscription model. We sell on subscription. Pricing, tiers and the economics behind them are open questions — and yours to answer.
  • Private households first. That is our starting focus. Turning it into a sharp definition — who exactly, reachable how — is the first real piece of work.
  • Positioning and messaging. The one-liner is settled. Almost everything downstream of it is yours to write.
  • Marketing projects, end to end. Our webshop renewal, launch campaigns, the analytics behind them. Real projects with real owners — and you would be the owner.

We have not written a rigid job description. Scope is agreed with you when you start, so the role can be shaped around what you are genuinely strong at.

Who we’re looking for

  • You want to own a market question from end to end, and you would rather work out who our customer is than be handed the answer.
  • German at C1 or above, and clear English. German is how our customers and their families talk about this.
  • You will reach out to someone you do not know without being asked twice.
  • You are curious about how care actually works in Germany — the families, the services, the money.
  • You can be in and around Munich regularly. We work remote-first, but this is a hardware product and some of it has to happen in a room together.

An internship, a thesis or a side project where you marketed or sold something real is the kind of shape we mean.

What we offer

Equity participation. You would come in early and hold a stake in what you help build.

  • Your own projects to lead. You would run them as the lead, not the assistant — and the scope grows with what you show us.
  • A clear path. The person who defines the commercial function now is the obvious person to lead it as the company grows.
  • Direct work with the founders. Nothing between you and the decisions. What you learn about the market changes what we build.

Practicalities

  • Location. Munich, hybrid — remote-first with regular time together in person.
  • Language. English internally, German commercially.
  • Team. A founding team of three — including a former lead engineer at Neuronic who has taken connected hardware from prototype to production — plus a full-time sales and marketing lead. Clinical and engineering advisors support on a non-executive basis.
  • Process. The application form, about 10 minutes → a 30-minute call → a conversation with the founders.
